- Feedback and correspondence, such as information you provide in your responses to surveys, when you participate in market research activities, report a problem with the Services, receive customer support or otherwise correspond with us;
- Usage information, such as information about how you use the Services and interact with us;
- Marketing information, such as your basic marketing preferences for receiving marketing communications. We will only collect data related to behavioral analytics, including your interactions with emails and advertisements (e.g., opens, clicks), if you have given your explicit consent.

- Information we will never collect: (1)We will never ask you to share your private keys or wallet seed. Never trust anyone or any site that asks you to enter your private keys or wallet seed; (2) Our wallet app supports biometric login using your device’s built-in face or fingerprint authentication. All biometric data is processed locally by the device’s secure system (e.g., Apple Face ID, Android Biometric API). We do not collect, store, or transmit any biometric information.
